Project Management
The McGill Genome Centre provides dedicated project management to help researchers navigate every stage of their project - from technology selection and experimental design to sample submission, data delivery, SOW and quote generation, and invoicing. Our team of PhD-level project managers acts as your main point of contact throughout the process, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and communication across all platforms.
Each submitted project is assigned a project manager who collaborates closely with researchers, platform leads, and technical staff to:
Guide experimental design and technology selection
Coordinate sample logistics across multiple platforms
Provide clear and timely updates
Ensure data quality, documentation, and compliance
Oversee data delivery
Oversee SOWs, quoting and invoicing
