The McGill Genome Centre is partnering with the McGill Interdisciplinary Initiative in Infection and Immunity (MI4) and the Canadian Centre for Computational Genomics (C3G) to empower research in human and environmental health.

We now support a wide range of microbial genomics applications including:

    • Short-read, high capacity whole genome shotgun sequencing (Illumina, BGI)
    • Long-read whole genome shotgun sequencing and multiple genome assembly (Oxford Nanopore, PacBio)
